You will have 19 hours per week of live learning classes; 11 hours of core general English language skills and eight hours dedicated to 'British Culture and Communication'.
The maximum class size is usually 18 students.
The minimum enrolment age is 18.

Procedure for complaints
We hope you enjoy your course and experience at the University Centre for Academic English. However, if you do have cause to complain, please follow the steps below and we will do our best to resolve your complaint.
